Synchronizing work phone, fax, and e-mail example

In this example, the second address purpose, specified in the 2nd field on the Customer Setup - Address and Notes window, is Street Address. Street Address is selected from the Work Phone Flow from/to Phone Number at Address, Fax Number Flow from/to Fax Number at Address, and E-mail Flow from/to E-mail at Address drop-down lists.

The Work Phone, Fax, and E-mail fields on the Profile tab are automatically populated with the information from the Phone, Fax, and E-mail fields on the Street Address tab. The Work Phone, Fax, and E-mail fields are read-only since the Phone, Fax, and E-mail fields on the Street Address tab are not blank.
