Automatic updating and synchronization

When a user or system action updates a customer's phone number, fax number, or e-mail address on the address tab that corresponds to the Profile tab specified in one of the Synchronize Phone Numbers & Email fields, iMIS automatically performs the following actions:

• Updates the Work Phone, Home Phone, Fax, and E-mail fields on the Profile tab as needed
• Performs any synchronization/flow-down tasks needed to keep the Work Phone, Home Phone, Fax, and E-mail fields accurately synchronized with the customer address record.
