To edit an activity type

1. From Customers, select Set up module > Activity types to open the Set up activity types window.
2. Select an activity from the Product Types column.
3. Select the activity to open it in the Set up activity types window.
4. Click Edit.
5. Make any necessary edits.

   Note: The Type field cannot be edited.

6. Click Save to update the record.
