Administrators for Process Manager (users who belong to the OpportunityAdmin group) can define one or more default action plans that are available to Opportunity Managers (users who belong to the OpportunityMgr group). The managers create new projects, choosing from the available action plans and modifying the plans, if necessary, for the unique situation.
If you want to provide the option of creating projects with no action plan, define an empty action plan named "None."
Action plans are made up of stages (major milestones) which are made up of tasks (minor milestones), email merges, and notes. Action plans are created with the following workflow:
