Provide IQA search ability for Fundraising

Beginning in this release, IQA fundraising queries can now be run from the Home page and from the Fundraising left navigation index. This addition gives you a list of predefined queries for Fundraising, similar to what has been offered in Customers and Events in previous iMIS releases. Simply select and double-click the query that you want to run. You can also add your own queries to this folder.
