New fields in Web setup wizard for events

Additional field prompts were added to the Guest tab on the Web setup wizard for events. By event, you can select which prompts you want to display and/or require. This enhancement allows you to gather the same guest badge information when registering a guest from the Web, Desktop, or Public view. New field prompts added to Set up events web components: Prefix, Suffix, Nickname, Designation, Title, and Company.
