Lots of Word files… are those my manuals?

• These downloadable references contain comprehensive information and appendices on each feature set
• They remain available on the Helpsite, so you do not have to log in to HelpNet for documentation.
• Only issues and materials related to Support will be posted to HelpNet.

To get the most from your References in Word

• To change your Word document to Print Layout view, use the View menu:
  
• Edit them: add your own screenshots, change the terminology, bump up the font size, add your own notes.
• Print all or part (tip: if the Word status bar says you're in Section 3, enter s3 for the page range to print just that chapter).
  
• Use Word's Document Compare to see exactly where changes occur between versions you downloaded.
  

I only get one User Guide?

The new, condensed manual set is organized around user types and the views of iMIS they see; before, user guides were organized around modules. You can still find comprehensive procedures and field descriptions described in the downloadable set of feature-based references, but the bound manuals offer cross-iMIS views by view/role, which simplifies purchasing materials for your organization.

The information iMIS users need for understanding iMIS is consolidated in three manuals, each reflecting the specific needs of its target role:

• iMIS Desktop User Guide: Features and Functions (Full users)
• iMIS System Guide (administrators)
