Improved event registration navigation

When a user registers for an event on the web, the event's function groups are now displayed on a single page as expandable and collapsible sections.

In addition, the Expand all function groups option has been added to Events configuration to control the expansion of function groups during event registration on the web (from System Setup, select Set up events web components > Events configuration).

• When selected: Each function group is expanded by default during the registration.
• When cleared (default): Only the Auto Enroll Group functions are expanded by default, while all other function groups are collapsed.

The Attend checkboxes have also been removed for functions enabled for the Automatic Option when using iMIS Auto Enroll (from Events, select Define an event > More > Web Setup Wizard > Func. Groups). Instead, web registrants can simply select how many people will be attending the event function.
